Terms and Conditions for Cassie Zeeb Coaching

By accessing this website and making a payment for coaching services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided
2.1 Cassie Zeeb Coaching will provide coaching sessions as agreed upon in your individual package.
2.2 The coaching relationship is a professional engagement designed to help you develop personal, professional, or business goals and create a strategy to achieve them.
2.3 You are welcome to communicate via Voxer (if included in your product) between sessions to share successes, ask questions, or discuss concerns.

3. Your Commitment
3.1 You agree to pay Cassie Zeeb Coaching the fees as outlined in your coaching agreement.
3.2 You agree to attend scheduled calls or meetings at the specified times.
3.3 You commit to being honest and open, adopting a positive outlook on life, and taking responsibility for your actions.
3.4 You agree to attend all scheduled appointments on time, in a private area, with a prepared topic for coaching.

4. Coaching Terms
4.1 You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your results and understand that goals may not always be met within the desired timeframe.
4.2 You recognize that coaching is not a substitute for therapy or professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or other fields.
4.3 If necessary, you will seek independent guidance in areas mentioned above, taking full responsibility for your decisions.

5. Session Management
5.1 The agenda for each session is yours. If at any time you feel the session is not meeting your needs, you are encouraged to communicate this to the coach.
5.2 You are responsible for rescheduling sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.
5.3 You may roll over sessions according to your agreement if they cannot be scheduled within the same week, but all sessions must be completed by the end of your coaching agreement.

6. Payment and Termination
6.1 Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of services.
6.2 All purchases are non-refundable.
6.3 Upon termination of this agreement, all liabilities cease.

7. Confidentiality and Ethics
7.1 Cassie Zeeb Coaching adheres to strict ethical guidelines regarding confidentiality. Any notes taken during sessions are kept confidential.
7.2 Exceptions to confidentiality may apply in cases of suspected child or adult abuse or if you pose a serious threat to yourself or others.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 You agree not to hold Cassie Zeeb Coaching liable for any mental, physical, or emotional distress related to the coaching sessions.
8.2 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Cassie Zeeb Coaching regarding its subject matter.

9. Additional Notes for Success
For the coaching process to be most effective, you agree to:

  • Have a serious intent to change.

  • Attend sessions in a peak mental, physical, and emotional state.

  • Be willing to receive feedback and explore new concepts.

  • Recognize the value of your investment in personal development.
